From Mechanical Engineering to Enterprise IT Leadership
My journey into technology did not begin in a traditional IT role. It began with a foundation in mechanical engineering, maintenance and operations—and one opportunity that changed the direction of my career.
More than 15 years ago, a call from a Maintenance and Operations Manager opened the door for me to move into information technology. That opportunity became the beginning of a career in enterprise networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity and consulting.
As I grew professionally, I discovered that many aspiring IT professionals were not failing because they lacked ambition. They often lacked a clear roadmap, practical experience, mentoring and access to real-world guidance.
That realization shaped my mission: to help people move beyond certificates alone and develop the skills, confidence and professional readiness required to succeed in technology.
